Yes, I agree a new German battery plant needs to come into being.  Litarion has a three year contract with Amita Technologies to toll manufacture their cells and modules.  That would be 2017,18 & 19.  TerraE is scheduled to start up last of 2019.  If needed that contract is extendable for 2 years.  So the job now is for Electrovaya to develope end user products for the market and grow sales.  They seem to be working on it.  It is just slower than we would like.  I am hoping that the plant location annoucement and more details will be come out soon.
