Well it looks like I have found another reference to the pilot process for cell manufacture.  I figured if the Mississaugua facility was bare as had been posted then the equipment must have been shipped to Germany for the basis pf a pilot scale process.  Anyway what caught my attention here is the reference to the pilot process and its location.
