Looks like they are getting set up for volume production, more than likely the forklift batteries but could also be for the fortune 1000 OEM they have been working with. https://www.linkedin.com/in/rahim-jivraj-1775211a/   We have all seen the recent video and pictures from Mississauga of the makeshift setup for the forklift batteries. It appears that they are moving into volume production and hired Rahim to set up the manufacturing for this. This is a very recent hire, within the last month. They have Hyster-Yale, a second major OEM and several very large OEM's for the drop in batteries so it is probable that the large orders are starting. It's unfortunate that we have to speculate on what is going on but that is the reality for now. Since Amita has a 3 year contract and their production line is about maxed out,  Electrovaya may be installing equipment so as to relieve some of the stress and allow room to grow ?  Just a thought.  It is going to be a very interesting Summer.  This next week should be an excellent buying opportunity.
