Yeah it was a tough day.  The consortium has a three year plan.  Year one (this past year) was design.  That is complete as it was scheduled to be in June and that last article said as much.  This year (starting in June) is construction.  I expect a construction announcement soon.  I am expecting it in June but may not come until July.  The third year is a long start-up/ramp/up.  

1st quarter was 1mil revenue.  2nd qtr was 2 mil revenue.  I am hoping for 4mil this quarter.  After all that's 100% for three consecutive quarters!

Thinking positive, maybe they are dropping the share price so some big actor can come on board on the cheap!  Chin up, powder dry...
