Well the piggy back sale is on the US exchange EFLVF so that rules out the Kampf thing. US institutions may be it. GE does have an idled battery plant in NY.

Then we have the 3 presentations in Vancouver, Seattle and Minneapolis. That has to tie in to all of this.
