Well certainly Dr. Mecklenburg is missing from Electrovaya's management team as currently posted on their WEB page. One could SPECULATE that Sanker found out that the 1% owner of GE (Grenlen Energy) named Andrae is Dr. Mecklenberg and that he had not disclosed that conflict of interest.
But flip the coin over. One could also SPECULATE that GE designed, built and installed on a ship a battery system that powers the cranes of cargo ships. GE employees are the people that were laid off when Electrovaya bought out their company leaving only a sales office in Norway. This battery system looks good but GE has no money to go to production with and no assets to secure a loan. What to Do? One could speculate that Electrovaya is going to buy them out? But they have been down that road before. OR could offer a joint venture. Then who would be put in place to run the operation for Electrovaya? My guess is DR. Andrae Meclenberg.
This is all pure SPECULATION, however I like the second side of the coin.
Did you see the size of the battery box on GE WEB page? My guess is 100AH cells!
