Well, I had pretty much come to the conclusion that the US customer was GE Energy. GE got the Canadian contract for several storage units in Ontario. The Ontario Government is involved with that project. GE supplies everything except the battery cells. GE was trying to perfect a Lithium Air cell but had trouble with long term stability. Short life. They shut down their cell manufacturing in NY state.

SO....I am waiting to see if 1. GE likes the cells and orders more and 2. If they do then what will they do with their idled plant?

In any case if you own EFL shares it is a HOLD HOLD HOLD as it has the potential to go much much higher.
