I believe it is Johnson controls, they are the ones who took over from Electrovaya on the demonstration project.

Well darn Hogey. I have been trying to figure out who the $16M Targray North American customer is. It has to be a company that has:
Their own battery engineers,
Their own battery management system,
Their own battery pack assembly facility. I am thinking it is TESLA now as Elon Musk was in Germany seeing about a battery plant 3 weeks before the Targray distributorship was announced. Then 3 or 4 weeks later the $16 illion sale was announced. Nick says the sale is much too small for Tesla. I am thinking that it could be an initial order for a second supplier for the power wall. Tesla would have more than one supplier would they not? The only problem is I don't know of a way to find out yes or no.
Also cells sourced form Germany would make a German battery assembly facility (Powerwall) very feasable.
I wish I could scrape up some more money to invest. (bet)
