Paul, I am in Canada. By mistake, I dialed the first (US dial-in) number and got the same error message aa you. "Zero is not a valid ID".

When I realized there was a 2nd number, I tried the International (Non-US) number and it worked. Will listen today. Have you tried the other number for the heck of it?
