Finally listened to CC. I thought Sankar was very excited and open to discussion. Contrary to the secretive, NDA and manipulative character being painted by some.

They used some pretty significant language to describe the future.

1. Pipeline is massive

2. No doubt they WILL become the predominate leader in the li-on field based on their advantage in price and performance. (quite a comment)

3. Halka very bullish on future

4. Business outlook is amazing. 100's of customers, or potential customers.

Their pricing is so much lower than the compettiion but they will not be selling lowest price. They are still going to sell at market rates. Thus the high margins. going forward, focus will be more on large scale and specialty (high margin) vs auto (lower margins). At least until 2017 when they expect auto to start contributing more.

Growth will be tempered by the Germans. Said they are very particular about quality (great to hear) and will not move too quickly to jeopardize their product performance.

Germany doing an about face since since 2012 and now want to be a leader in field and do not want to buy from Asians.

Will wait until I get the CC transcript before commenting on the non-NMP issue. Need to parse the wording better. I think some folks have confused the issue suggesting nothing is non-NMP now, or for 3 yrs. EFL hasn't helped the issue. Not sure how they are selling a battery with huge cost savings without non-NMP.

They claim a savings of $200k/mth by doing their own tech inhouse now instead of using Evonik.

This was my assessment so far. Hope I heard correctly. Will add as I get transcript.
