Well, there were a lot of nay sayers when the German factory purchse was announced. "They don't have the money to finish the purchase!!!"

AND now we hear "They can't raise capital needed to build out the same factory."

I seem to remember Sankar had a plan that called for "Grants and borrowing on the value of the plant"

Where did all this "They are going to ruin the stock come from?" What part of grants and borrowing do you not understand?

Grants will not be announced untill production has ceased for sure and probably not until January....
