I think we should think again about the statement "electrovaya paid with its technology for litarion". Well, if Daimler wants a plant in Europe from LG (they will deliver batteries for Daimler) and Audi wants a SDI plant they have to find a way to place those into Europe....
I think they found one, that was actually pretty clever from a balance sheet perspective. We talked about the "asian conglomerate" plenty of times -read the old presentations!
So we are closer then we thought. Daimler and Audi can rely on a proven technology, with prpably today a proven NPM free production technology. If they did one thing right at EFL with their patents, then I believe the management of Litarion is in the place to connect the different player - KIT as a technology hub is well connected with the automotive industry.
Another piece of the puzzle...
