Leclanché, which is working on grid ancillary services with the PJM Interconnection LLC region, has plans to expand its operations in the U.S. as more markets implement favorable energy storage mechanisms.
Electrovaya is also looking to expand in the US. It would be great if their further coorperation produced a battery plant in the US.
Leclanché’s own Lithium-Titanate battery cells are credited with offering more than 15,000 charge and discharge cycles and are currently used in a range of settings, including consumer goods and home, industrial and mobile storage.
