Many posters did not believe EFL could pull off the German acquisition because they didn't have the cash and what bank would finance such a risky venture (all true). Therefore, the only way it could possibly happen, would be with some kind of Government subsidies or additional financings.
Well, .... I think they stunned a lot of folks. Not only did it get done, but it got done with no cash or financings. They used their own Intellectual Property to buy the company. Who saw that coming?
And in return, they now get the IP from Litarion which will greatly inprove "their" product.
My point is, speculation might be fun, but in the end, most of us have no clue what will happen. Therefore, stock price may rise and do it without a NR. There are always money pools willing to roll the dice on these microcaps and at this point, EFL could be a very good table to take a chance. Especially, if you get an inside line.
That said, Litarion has increased the chance for news probably threefold or more IMO. With some time to merge all aspects of the businesses, things should get quite exciting.
They not only have Litation's IP, but also German Engineers to help improve the entire package. EFL's capabilities have been greatly improved. As long as Snakar doesn't try to micro-manage the entire deal, the synergies should be explosive.
I understand the luke-warm excitement, but this development has far more legs than the Chrysler executive coming on board in 2010(?) and they announcing some phototype agreements that subsequently ran the stock to $4.50.
