Or, the Asian conglomerate could be Panasonic. I expected them to announce their technology for the new factory around Thanksgiving, then Christmmas. Since gas prices went down and TESLA sales have slumped, I guess all the wind is out of their sail and has slowed down their project time line??? If it is Panasonic, it appears they are out of money also...
