One almosts gets the feeling Paradigm was being vindictive in their selling of EFL stock. They waited long enough untill they got a sense whether this Q would turn into much. Once they saw it wouldn't, it was a full and quick dumping.
Perhaps, they were not not happy EFL did a "non-brokered" financing instead of the ususal fleasing one gets by using the Brokers. So IR lined up their own buyers all by themselves. Interesting. SDG was one of the buyers. Would like to find out who the others were.
