I think the following links are strong evidence that the Asian conglomerate is Tata.http://www.bdallc.com/?news=bda-advises-tata-motors-european-technical-centre-on-transaction-with-electrovaya-inc BDA was involved in the transaction with Electrovaya, if it was a simple sale of Tata's shares I don't think they would have needed advice, but I think this was complicated by the fact that MBG, Electrovaya and Tata have been working together for many years and have developed and shared intellectual property. I believe this is the foundation of the MOU involving Electrovaya and Tata. As an example of shared technology just look at thermal management.http://www.thermal-management-ev.com/SpeakerInfo.aspx?tp_spkid=17916 this is an example of Tata's involvement, as well as http://www.ev-battery-technology-2013.com/3/agenda/23/agenda/ . http://ma.ecsdl.org/content/MA2011-02/8/409.full.pdf And this represents MBG's contribution. So I think the MOU between them is the compromise to settle the intellectual property they have developed together. I also believe that there may be a similar situation with Chrysler as they have been working together for years as well and have had engineers working together to solve problems and make improvements. Either way the experiences with these projects would result in a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience for Electrovaya.
