Does a large shareholder know something?

ITG seems to on a selling frenzy since Friday morning.
They have sold off about 300,000 shares since then, and the selloff is continuing today.
Does anyone have any insight into why this may be happening? It looks like a large shareholder is bailing and that always makes me a little nervous.
