Electrotherm will invest around Rs 200 crore in next couple of years in a joint-venture with Canadian company Electrovaya. The JV will make lithium ion polymer batteries in Gujarat which would be exported as well used in the company’s hybrid bus manufacturing where the prototype is ready.
