what is the new windfall tax going to mean to EML?

After reading the ARU board over this weekend about the Ecuadorians voting for the 70% tax (probably just the starting point in the negotiations with the mining companies) it seems that any company in Ecuador has to be thinking "is this for real"? How can we do business in these conditions of uncertainty?

I think that Correa has to look like he has "backbone" in his dealings with the Evil wealthy countries to the north.....this is for the "People's" to feel that he is dealing hard with "the Devils"

As the "Haggling" continues for awhile, Correa will still look strong, and then the Real numbers of the deals will start to appear!

EML's management will have to fall in line after the more "advanced  exploration" companies, such as ARU, have completed their negotiations with the Correa's government....This could set back EML's exploration until things are worked out....if they aren't very favorable, EML is in for a long hard ride!

Just my thoughts on the situation...
