So a reverse split can generaly be taken as a bad sign for a company.

Agree James Bay........it doesn't work in most cases. It did not work for

one time biggest Canadian company Nortel. I purchased a slew of EAG

shares after seeing Dundee acqire 23.75 Million shares from Noront

@ $0.12 per share. At the time of my buying price was 5.5 cents a share,

way higher than it trades today. That's what makes markets.
