I bought shares in your company 12 months ago at $0.15. Shares are trading now at $0.09. Do you think you will ever trade at your price of 12 months ago?

Obviously we can't predict share price. The Company's share price is influenced my many things that are completely out of our control - the gold price, market sentiment, global economics. What we CAN control is how we operate the company and how we operate the project. In August 2013 Eagle Hill completely replaced its Board of Directors and management team, with the exception of Jean-Philippe Desrochers who was promoted to Vice President Exploration. Since that time we have been focused on advancing the Windfall Lake Gold Project with an aggressive drilling program, while also cutting costs and increasing corporate governance and internal controls to ensure that we can conserve our treasury. We want to make sure that we're putting money into the ground to advance the property.

Windfall Lake is one of the highest-grade resource-stage gold projects in the world, located in one of the best mining jurisdictions in the world. The resource market has had a rough few years, to say the least. In a market like this, companies with exceptional projects and an experienced, dedicated management team are the ones that survive. Eagle Hill is one of those companies. And while the share price is lower than we'd like it to be, Eagle Hill has actually outperformed its peers. Since August 14, 2013, which is when Southern Arc and Dundee Corporation invested in Eagle Hill and replaced the Board and management team, Eagle Hill's share price has increased by 28%, whereas the TSX Venture Exchange Index has only increased 10% and the Junior Gold Miners Index has actually decreased 10%. When looking at share price performance, it's important to put it in context and look at the company's peers and the broader trading indices.

We can't predict where the share price will be in two months or two years. But as long as we continue to advance the property and prudently manage our treasury, I am confident that the share price will eventually catch up with us.
