How is the search coming for a new CEO?
We've certainly had quite a bit of interest in the CEO position, and have met with a number of people. But at the moment we've decided that it's not a top priority. Since August, when Southern Arc and Dundee took control of the company, we've found that the exploration program is very effectively managed by Jean-Philippe Desrochers, Vice President Exploration. And corporate activities are effectively managed by the other company executives, with guidance from the Interim CEO as required. There really isn't an overwhelming need for a full-time CEO right now, so why add to payroll?

Will the NI 43-101 resource estimate be out before PDAC?
We have been working closely with SRK throughout the Fall 2013 drill program, so that they can start modelling the drilling data. Once final assays are received SRK can finish up their model and start writing the report. We are hopeful that it will be out before PDAC, but it's in SRK's hands now. It will definitely be done in the first quarter, and we've got our fingers crossed for the end of February.
