Mark,this is great news to know EAG has 3 yrs.

The Jan 9/12 43-101 Technical Report by SRK Consulting states the same on page 8, Clause 3.2.1.

However in the Sept 10/12 43-101 Technical report by SRK ,on page 9,under the same Clause 3.2.1 states EAG has one yar to do the BFS.

Could this be a typo or was there an amendment to the optionss agreement that we never saw?

I am not near a telephone this week, perhaps someone can get in touch with Brad to clarify just where EAG stands on this matter.
