Forgot something. The 3.5 grams per ton from what I understand was taken from assaying material from drifting into the orebodies and may not be representative of what would be obtained in a stope. I.e. there may be more dilution in the drift as the object is to make a drift not take out ore as is the object in the stope. Either way the ore is still nuggety and a higher grade yet may be obtained through bulk sampling. And kind of nice thinking about that 3.5 grams per ton (or more?) just lying there waiting to be scooped up in "existing orepiles". JMHO.
