So far as I can see Tessier is still on the Board of Directors along with Nemis, Harvey and Kitchen.

I can't see why MGR wouldn't want to continue with the arrangement. After all they were making ten per cent on top of all costs.

But I can see Harvey, Nemis and Kitchen being unhappy about continuing to pay MGR a ten per cent management fee. I think Harvey, Nemis and Kitchen have the expertise to do that function now. Tessier likely had to agree.

Missing of course was the head of exploration at Windfall for MGR and they likely agreed that he would go to EAG with at least a ten per cent salary increase of course. And watch for the options to come.

Question is what has Jean-Philippe been doing since May when he left MGR. I doubt if the guy was collecting pogey. Maybe it's more likely he continued working with EAG but the arrangement was not formalized and announced until now. Hopefully that is the case as it would mean that Jean-Philippe is fully up to speed right now and not getting reorientated after a lengthy holiday. JMHO.
