Eagle Hill Completes Financing With Quebec Funds

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jul 21, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: EAG) is pleased to announce the close of its financing with SIDEX Limited Partnership ("SIDEX") and La Societe de Developpement de la Baie-James ("SDBJ"), two Quebec institutional funds, for gross proceeds of $430,000 (the "Offering").

The Company has issued 2,150,000 units (the "Units"), with each Unit consisting of one common share, at a purchase price of $0.20, and one full warrant, exercisable for a price of $0.30 for a period of one year after the closing of the Offering. SIDEX was issued 1,500,000 Units and SDBJ was issued 650,000 Units. The Units will have a four month and one day hold period as per TSX Venture Exchange and securities commission policy.

The Windfall Lake Property is comprised of 362 contiguous claims (over 12,000 hectares) in the Abitibi mineralized belt of northern Quebec. This area between Val d'Or and Chibougamau is known for its gold and copper production and excellent infrastructure for exploration and mining. Historically, the Windfall Lake Property has had extensive historic grassroots exploration work. Eagle Hill has signed options with Murgor Resources Inc., Freewest Resources Canada Inc. and Noront Resources Inc. to acquire the Windfall Lake Property.
