(TSX VENTURE:EAG - News; "Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that 10,099,198 common shares have been issued by the Company pursuant to the early exercise of warrants (the "Warrant Exercise"). The Company received proceeds of $1,957,670 in connection with the Warrant Exercise. The warrants for the Warrant Exercise were issued pursuant to Eagle Hill's $3,175,000 private placement in the fall of 2009. With the receipt of these proceeds, the Company is well capitalized. The proceeds from the Warrant Exercise will be used for exploration expenditures on the Company's Windfall Lake Property.
