Message: George Brown's Trades

Mr. Brown has filed all of his SEDI transactions for Duran Ventures Inc.

In the 6 plus years as an insider he had only 5 sales in the market totaling 125,000 shares at an average price of $0.222 per share.

In the same period, he funded Duran in private placements for 150,000 shares at average cost of $0.33 per share.

He increased his shares by 2,501,374 during his time as an insider.

I was very glad to see that even when the share price went to a high of over $3.00 per share in 2007, he was not selling his shares.

Another thing that impressed me is that he never benefited from any of the stock options granted to him because he never exercised options and chose instead to put his money in with outside investors at the same price as outside investors.

It is reassuring that there was no hidden agenda or pump and dump involved.

I like many others had my doubts when it came out that Mr. Brown had a CTO placed against him. These doubts can be put to rest now that he has recorded his trades.
