I guess the OSC hasn't approved the non offering prospectus as of yet, since there is nothing posted on sedar after June 10. I guess the application for CSNX hasn't been completed yet and the expected time is 20 days after receiving apllication. Since it's already Aug 17, pretty assured to say it won't be in August.

Whats another month, i guess. lol
