Message: MMI Observations

Observations from the June 10, 2010 Prospectus on SEDAR:

-MMI received $1,024,070 cash from MMG at October 31, 2008

-MMI spent $435,015 on Las Cucharas for 12 months to Sept 30 2009 of which $420,873 was after Oct 31, 2008.

-MMI spent $732,593 on its other Mexico properties for 12 months to Sept 30 2009 of which $588,727 was after Oct. 31, 2008.

That is $1,009,600 of the $1,024,070 cash spent on Mexico exploration in the 11 months after the transfer of assets.

MMI may not have been listed and trading for 11 months of the 2009 fiscal year but it was an exploration company doing what exploration companies should be doing; exploration.

MMI spent $376,461 on Las Cucharas and $64,015 on other mexico properties in the 6 months to March 31, 2010.

How were they able to do that with only $200,216 cash at Sept 30, 2009?

The answer is in Note 6; George A. Brown lent MMI $150,000 interest free so they could drill Las Cucharas in January 2010!

That dedication and faith is why I am a shareholder. GB would not risk his own money for this company if he was not dedicated to see it succeed.
