I might have to re-read the article, but I believe the author said that because DRV doesn't have a 43-101 yet on the copper deposits the SP only justlfies a $25-60 million market cap., but appears to have the potential of much higher.

After talking with Jeffrey Reeder I know he expects a much higher market cap. than $60 mil. FWIW.
