if the warrants are "forced" the holders have 30 days to exercise, and if they are not exercised, then they become worthless.

the holders could have exercised anytime....I held 100000 of them and exercised in late January, I thought I had to after 10 days of 15cents, but i guess I didn't have to do it that early.
