Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns. To begin, let it be known that AGORACOM does not represent Duran Ventures as a client nor do we handle the company's IR.

With regards to "curiousone" we wish to inform all members that as a result of multiple violations and user complaints, we were put in a situation where the action we took (suspention) became necessary.

We are not here to stiffle debate, nor are we hear to punish any member who does not see things our way. However, we dually note that while there is nothing with raising the topic ON ONE OCCASION, we wish to specify that the repetition of the same question, fact or opinion over and over after a response has been provided or if there is currently no ascertainable answer, is a violation to our six rules of use.

We setup the Duran Ventures Investor Controlled community, so that Shareholders and prospective investors of Duran Ventures can congregate in an environment free of bashing, spamming and profanity. While we appreciate your concerns about forum moderation, we wish to specify, that the Duran Ventures HUB is a place to discuss the company's recent developments, facts and opinions - not the place to engage in discussions about AGORACOM’s rules of use or policies.

We would openly welcome a discussion about moderation; Feedback from you and others always helps us. It is the way we built AGORACOM for years now. We wish to assure you that we don't hide from this stuff because:

A) We are confident we have a good system that we can be proud of
B) We are confident we have a lot of smart members that can help us make it even better.

We just wanted to get everything off the forums, immediately remove clutter and then sort. Nothing more than a process and certainly not anything that targeted you.

Just keep sending in violations and they will be given their due attention. As with all members, we may not agree on all of them with you - but I'll have the rep do a better job of communicating his thoughts.

With these personal matters now aside, we are certain that cooler heads will prevail and we will all continue to grow for the sole purpose of creating the best information possible to make the best decisions possible.

"Possible" is the operative word because the system can never be perfect. However, it is better than anything else in the market and we just need to continue improving it.
