Lake Shore Gold and West Timmins Mining Complete Business Combination

I understand MMI has about 300k shares of WTM, also MMI has the two small claims inside the Montana de Oro concession which I understand will be aggressively explored soon by Lake shore Gold,

Just curious to hear any comments on how this would effect MMI's SP once listed, my guess now probably in early January.
