Well, if what GM says is true, then perhaps a pull-back won't happen, as they can revise the price of the PP.

After reading all this, it's beginning to ring a bell with SMH. Didn't this happen to them not too long ago? As I recall (I'll have to check after I write this) that they ended up revising the price of a PP. Anyone else remember this?
