I know this is a Duran board, but many of us have an interest in Macmillan.

Here is an update from management on the status of MMI.

Dear Interested Party

We are waiting on OSC review of our property of merit report.

We had to have the report updated by a third party to include December 2008 drilling.

We expect to go final on prospectus in October.

We received 100,000 shares of West Timmins Mining due on or by September 30, 2009 adding $200,000+ to our working capital.

We are permitted for drilling at La Cucharas and expect to be drilling in November.
