I believe the corporate guidelines for unlisted companies are still governed by the incorporations act. How different they are from companies which are listed, I don't know.

You sound an awful lot like a former poster. However, since you are 'new', you should know that many people invested in MMG/DRV two or more years ago and were promised shares of a new company called MacMillan minerals. Nothing has happened for over 1 year and this is the only place for them to vent. I agree with them. In fact, it is certainly on topic.
