A JV partner for DRV?

Has anyone heard of IIMPUL Peru? Vena resources just entered a JV with IIMPUL to put it's gold-copper project into production. IIMPUL is a private Peruvian company.
I don't know much about either company but Vena's property sures sound a lot like DRV's.
I got this info from thw Globe & Mail a couple of days ago.
