Right on Ven; The company has no right to with hold listing MMM as they have been doing, as a public company with shareholders money tied up they have a responsibility to the shareholders. Not only have they scooped shareholder's $$'s, they have not kept shareholders informed of anything going on with the company. They know who the shareholders are and refuse to communicate with them in any way. A little more than suspicious conduct on the part of the company IMO.
