I agree, I can't understand this at all, it just doesn't make sense that the Canadian Security Commision or what ever it's called, is not looking into this matter, and pressuring MMM to resolve this. There should be a regulation in place that prevents this, there should be a limit on where an unlisted company which has shares on hold has a certain time frame to list or do something??? It can't be that easy or alot more companies would do this and get away with it. You're right VEN it's CRIMINAL! But what can we do??? I'm no Lawyer, I don't know where to begin...
