The AGM will tell all, Including MMI listing updates as well as GB future as CEO and his replacement, and where DRV and MMI are heading.

The bottom line to watch for IMO will be if GB moves on, will he sell his 3+mil shares in DRV as well as MMI??? If so, then there you have it, But if he doesn't sell, then it's a very positive sign for all us shareholders.

I don't see anything happening for the next 30 days in SP, but I do see a very significant move either direction come early July depending on the AGM's results...

Even if the AGM's outcome is negative, IMO I still see Peru as a good investment, however, it will take longer to recover our losses unless a Major takes advantage of our vulnerable situation and takes us out at a discount, Even so, I see a takeout of at least 3 to 1, So, inshort, I don't see a complete loss. If you sell now, then you'll probably see a 90% + loss, however, if you wait for a few more months to sell then you'll have a chance to reduce it to 50% or more. Keeping in mind if the situation improves then we all have the chance of SP getting back to the upper 50's-90's in no time at all. So, hold on til after AGM to make your move, either stay put, buy, or sell. I for one am riding it all the way up or all the way down, TOO LATE TO SELL FOR ME, Dispite all that has happen in the past year and knowing the current financial situation, I STILL HAVE TREMENDOUS FAITH IN PERU AND MEXICO's PROPERTIES. Like I said before, if you have a good property and a new CEO/Mgmt then Financing will come to the property, sure it will dilute the shares a bit more but we have the advantage that the current outstanding shares is really not that bad we still have room to dilute and still be okay in the big sceme of things....DRV only has to raise a few more million to get the job done and be 43-101 and put Aguila on the market, so yes there's still plenty of hope left people, hang in there....And remember we still have MMI's properties which may be a huge positive surprise.. Things can change for the positive overnight with one good NR.
