I feel many are following the advice of someone that has his own motives. Be careful who you listen to.

I hope that the former shareholders do well in the stock that they are in now, but something does not seem right with selling a stock at its bottom to move into another stock as it is attempting to raise money. This pushing the share price higher of the company that are moving into.

Does this not seem a little odd?
