Once the dust settles, the fact still remains, we have an excellent property, and as long as you don't sell, you won't lose any money. Sometimes, the best things in life are worth waiting for. Aguila is a sure bet, sure DRV will have to raise more money, Sure mgmt will need to restructure (again) but bottom line is it's very difficult to find a good property, We have already found a mammoth.

I've decided to be positive and stick around til the end.

I'm buying alot more at these prices.
