do you think those of us who sold out enjoy losing 90% of our investments? Geez some of you people are reading into this a little too far. i have lost a ton of money here so don't tell me i have an alternative agenda. i'll tell you the reasons i bailed.

ask yourselves

how much money is left of the 500k that was raised and how many months will it last? how many are on the payroll right now? my guess is there's 200k left and they got 2-3 months to go before they are dried up. hopefully we can find more info on this with the agm coming up.

IF and i do say IF duran can raise money between 5-10 cents, just guessing but raising 2 million bucks between 5-10 cents could cost the company another 20-40 million shares. i think duran is only approved with the sec to have up to 100 million shares outstanding so without that being changed duran is probably limited to raising another 30 million shares

summer months are just ahead of us and we all know the market generally stinks then and that is about when duran will run out of cash (my guess)

there are some majors with money but they want to invest in the companies that are close to production. agauila is good but nowhere near production or a 43-101. the other areas have not seen a drill yet. the last surface results have been great but the market cares about what is in the ground. how long does it take to come up with a 43-101? probably 6 months at least. i don't even want to guess how much money it costs.

i really do hope duran will make a come back but until then i will be happy to watch from here. if duran loses their claims i will be the first to buy stock in the company that picks it up.
