Ziggy - your explanation is the only one that makes any sense to me so far. Whatever is happening, it is very deliberate and someone is benefitting or at least trying awfully hard to keep out of trouble - even if it is at the expense of the rest of us who have been waiting patiently and playing by the rules.

Alternatively: I know that silence can be deafening but sometimes it is golden (or perhaps no news is good news). Is it possible that some good news is coming that just can't be talked about yet? There`s no shortage of negativity on this board so I`m just offering a positive note for balance. I`m just saying....let`s hope it isn`t all bad!
