Oracle, what legal issue do you think it could be? That George is not going to give up as CEO? I wonder, though, who would want to be CEO of a firm that will basically have no operating cash and might lose its C-permit? If the infighting is one of a legal issue, then I think its pretty shortsighted of everyone involved. The attitude seems to be......" if I can't have it all, then no else can have any of it!"
