I'm going to have to agree. If DRV has to raise more money, the most likely way is to dilute our shares. There are some who don't want to hold on to shares that will ultimately be diluted without any guidance as to what the dilution will be. Looking at the current SP and no. of outstanding shares, it is not an attractive dilution rate, IMHO.

But, if all this selling is going on, the same amount of buying is going on. It would be interesting to find out if longs or shorts are BUYING this stock.
