Lets say a person has a CTO against him or her, what are the legalities and consequences of not disclosing this information? Another words, does the law state that him or her must disclose this before a certain time frame? Just curious, I know of a friend of a friend who knows someone who has a pending CTO and well just thought I'd Ask, thats all.
