Who has 800,000 shares to sell as anonymous?

Mr. President said possible insiders which I find to be a very negative comment. Who as an insider has this large a position? It has been stated in many other post that George Brown has a CTO against him so it can not be him. Who else holds such a large position that could have sold 800,000 shares?

It is encouraging that the market was able to absorb such a large sell and still show at the moment 150,000 shares bid at .11. I hope that the buyers will continue to step up.
